We have an active recruiting program and we recruit when we have a need for a new lawyer. Our primary recruitment efforts are designed to attract lawyers recently graduated from law school or those who have acquired judicial clerkship experience following graduation. Hiring decisions are made by the Managing Shareholder and the Manager of the Unit to which the lawyer will be assigned.
Our Firm employs associates with the full expectation that they will become a shareholder. Our Firm’s policy provides that associates will initially be considered for shareholder status no less than six full years after admission to the state bar, and after a minimum of one full year with our Firm. |
