From Interstate 77 North (Charlotte)
- Take Exit 18 onto Highway 277 South
- After approximately 7 miles, Highway 277 merges into Bull Street (south)
- Travel 13 blocks (1.5 miles) to Gervais Street, turn right
- You will cross over Marion Street and turn right in the Bank of America parking garage
- McNair is located in the building at the corner of Gervais and Sumter Streets
From Interstate 26 West (Greenville/Spartanburg)
- At mile marker 108, stay in left lanes to take Interstate 126 towards Downtown Columbia
- After approximately 3 miles, the left 2 lanes of Interstate 126 become Elmwood Avenue
- Travel 8 blocks to Marion Street, turn right
- Travel 9 blocks, to Gervais Street, turn right
- Turn right immediately into the Bank of America parking garage
From Interstate 26 East (Charleston/Orangeburg)
- Take Exit 115 onto Highway 321 North
- Travel approximately 3 miles turning slightly right to merge with Highway 302 becoming Knox Abbott Drive
- Travel approximately 2 miles, crossing the Congaree River onto Blossom Street
- After ½ mile, turn left onto Assembly Street
- Travel ½ mile, turn right onto Gervais Street
- McNair is located in the building at the corner of Gervais and Sumter Streets, two blocks ahead on the left
- To enter parking garage, cross over Sumter Street, make a U-turn on Gervais at Marion Street
- Make an immediate right turn into the Bank of America parking garage
From Interstate 20 West (Atlanta/Augusta)
- Take exit 64A onto Interstate 26 East and move into left lanes to take Interstate 126 towards Columbia
- After approximately 3 miles, the left 2 lanes of Interstate 126 becomes Elmwood Avenue
- Travel 8 blocks to Marion Street, turn right
- Travel 9 blocks, to Gervais Street, turn right

From Interstate 20 East (Florence/Myrtle Beach)
- Take exit 73 onto Highway 277 South
- After approximately 7 miles, Highway 277 merges into Bull Street (south)
- Travel 13 blocks (1.5 miles) to Gervais Street, turn right
- You will cross over Marion Street and turn right in the Bank of America parking garage
- McNair is located at the corner of Gervais and Sumter Streets
From Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE)
- Turn left onto Highway 302 (Airport Boulevard)
- Go under Interstate 26 bridge and proceed another mile to merge with Highway 321 becoming Knox Abbott Drive
- Travel approximately 2 miles, crossing the Congaree River onto Blossom Street
