- Served on the 2006 task force to develop the National Association of Bond Lawyer's ("NABL") comments to the Government Finance Officers Association's draft checklist for Government entities participating in derivative transactions and was a panel member at the SC City County Management Association Summer Conference in June 2006. Has also served as a panelist at NABL's annual bond attorneys' workshops.
