| Overview | After receiving her law degree, Celeste Jones served as a law clerk to The Honorable Julius B. Ness, Associate Justice, South Carolina Supreme Court from 1981 to 1982. Ms. Jones joined McNair Law Firm, P.A. in August 1982 and became a Shareholder in 1988.
Celeste's general practice areas are healthcare, commercial and product litigation, mass torts, and medical related litigation regarding licensing issues, quality of care, reimbursement/billing issues and other provider issues. She has defended commercial lending businesses in class actions in South Carolina with particular experience in the sub-prime lending arena. She has an active practice handling white collar-criminal defense litigation and has gained experience in aviation and civil litigation, class actions, ERISA actions, and personal injury, and in trial and appellate practice. She currently represents local and national healthcare providers and a variety of clients involved in state and nationwide class actions. |
