Reggie Gay's primary areas of practice include labor and employment  law, Workers’ Compensation, litigation, health care, and appellate advocacy. Reggie represents business and corporate clients by providing consultation on employment matters, conducting preventive training, and litigating in both Federal and State courts. He has represented health care entities in medical malpractice litigation, CON certification, and other health care issues. Reggie frequently speaks on employment related issues and Workers’ Compensation.

Reggie joined McNair as a shareholder in the Anderson, South Carolina office in June 2002. He was previously a partner in the law firm of Watkins, Vandiver, Gable & Gray in Anderson, South Carolina prior to its merger with McNair Law Firm, P.A. Reggie graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.BA degree in Accounting and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was law clerk to the Honorable Dan F. Laney, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court from 1987 to 1988.

Reggie is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Labor and Employment Section and Workers’ Compensation section; the Anderson County Bar Association; and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.
